Hilman’s mountable rollers are made from high-strength steel and built to move heavy loads and withstand long periods of static loading. With superior weight distribution and durable hardened steel rollers, these machine moving rollers are ideal for the frequent movement of heavy loads.
These rollers come in a variety of capacities, frame and top styles. They can easily be modified for any application.
Hilman’s mountable rollers can move loads between .75 and 125 tons, so you can be prepared with the strength you need for your move without paying extra for unneeded capacity. For loads over 150 tons, choose one of our Super Heavy Duty mountable rollers.
The Super Heavy Duty Rollers are the highest capacity rollers that Hilman offers as standard models. 150 & 200 Ton frames come in Long (L) or Wide (W). Wide frame versions are offered with one complete (wide) chain or with two individual chains with a center plate (C) dividing them.
The Wide Body Rollers are wider and shorter in overall length. They are typically used when the OT, NT or T roller might be too long or if a larger contact area is desired. WB Rollers utilize two separate chains that provide a wider footprint. Increasing the footprint means the load is spread over a greater area, thus minimizing ‘point’ loading.
OT and NT are available with standard bolt-on or welded mounting hole patterns. The top plates add extra strength to the frame and variety to mounting capabilities, making one type ideal for cavity mount, bolt-on or weld mount.
This roller series has the option available to add two end-blocks on either end of the roller frame. The end-blocks have a drilled and tapped hole pattern that allows for the addition of an external guidance system (Accu-Roll) later on.
Additional components for OT and NT rollers include Turntable and Transverse and Longitudal Rocker tops. Turntables & Rocker tops are particularly advantageous in applications where the rolling surface is imperfect.
